MSK Ultrasound

Dr. Ehrlich utilizes MSK ultrasound technology to enhance both the diagnostic and treatment aspects of care of musculosketelal disorders.  By using ultrasound imagery in real-time, pathology of the musculoskeletal system is treated more effectively by visualizing the region being injected.  It provides more safe injections by showing where blood vessels, nerves and other structures are in relation to the area being treated.  Additionally, by actually seeing the damaged tissue the injected biologic compound is placed precisely where it is needed and not in other areas. This creates a more effective injection therapy by concentrating the therapy and not wasting it.
